When you upload audio files, screenshots, or images to tools such as the Audio Visualizer Generator, Image to Text Highlighter, or Color Palette Extractor, the data is decoded and manipulated in your local browser memory. Effect Control does not upload your creative files, video frames, or audio recordings to remote storage servers, and we claim zero ownership over the assets you process.

2. TOOL ACCURACY & RENDERING LIMITATIONS

While we strive for maximum precision, browser-based utilities operate under technical constraints inherent to web browsers:

• Color Reproduction: Color values displayed on your screen depend on your monitor calibration, operating system color profile (sRGB vs Display P3), and browser color management. Always verify critical brand hex codes in professional color-managed environments.
• Audio Frequency Analysis: The Audio Visualizer Generator utilizes Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis. While accurate for visual reactivity and motion graphics, it is not calibrated as an acoustical or audio engineering mastering instrument.
• Font Detection: The Photo to Font Detector provides algorithmic approximations and identifies closest open-source matches. Detection accuracy depends on image resolution, contrast, font modifications, and angle of capture.
• Video Rendering & Frame Rates: Exported WebM and MP4 animations are rendered using browser MediaRecorder APIs. Under heavy CPU load or low-memory conditions, frame drops or slight variations in export duration may occur.

Tool performance directly correlates with the hardware capabilities and browser version of your device:

• No Deceptive or Malicious Use: Tools like the Fake Social Media Post Generator and Cinematic Quote Generator are intended for creative motion graphics, educational mockups, and creative storytelling. Using these utilities to forge fake evidence, impersonate real individuals for defamatory purposes, or generate misleading disinformation is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service.
